Brunch at the Maple Room was amazing, especially the chicken and waffles paired with a pineapple mimosa and great coffee. The service was super attentive and friendly, making the whole experience even better, and the food portions were fresh and generous. I also loved the variety on the menu, from the flavorful Shrimp & Oyster Rustica to the cheesy crawfish bread, and can't wait to come back and try more.
