Truthfully, I haven't eaten at Blaine Hill since the late 1980s when it operated out of a fire hall up on Blaine Hill in West Elizabeth. It was and still is the best BBQ I have ever eaten, and I had Sweet Baby Rays when they were still a food truck operation in 1992 Chicago street fairs. I think you can still buy the Blaine Hill sauce in groceries in the Mon Valley?, but haven't been in that area for 30 years.
