There's a food truck in Lexington that serves up some seriously delicious southwest egg rolls. They're packed with a tasty vegetarian mix and come with a mysterious sauce that's out of this world. I can never resist getting two, and even my meat-loving boyfriend agrees they're the best veggie dish around! Tracking down Roll n Smoke is always worth it for their unique egg rolls and incredible BBQ sandwiches. They're a must-try if you're in the area!
