While waiting in Denver's concourse C, I found an inviting restaurant with a diverse menu offering sandwiches, burgers, salads, and gluten-free options. The atmosphere was relaxing, with great views by the windows, and the staff, especially Anh and Erich, provided attentive and friendly service that made the experience memorable. I thoroughly enjoyed the Cobb salad and lamb sliders, and the quick, flavorful food made me forget I was dining in an airport.
