Rosie's is back in action, and it's looking fantastic! The diner vibe is still alive and kicking, and the food is downright delicious-my Arizona omelette was a winner, and my wife's eggs over medium were cooked to perfection, which is a rarity! The staff is super friendly and even offered us pizza late at night; if you're cruising between Vegas and Arizona, this is a pit stop you won't regret!
