Rosie's serves up authentic Tex-Mex with fresh, homemade tortillas and flavorful salsas that remind me of home cooking. The service is quick and friendly, with Rosie herself greeting you warmly and making sure everything's just right. It's a cozy spot in old Uhland with great prices, perfect for a fast breakfast or early lunch before heading back on the road.

I have stopped into this diner a couple times and both experiences were great. Food is good and the customer service for #1. God is great and I pray that God continues to grow your business and I pray that you prosper in every good and righteous way!
