It's unfortunate to see local businesses in the complex facing difficulties, particularly with the property owner opting against repairs. RSM has always been my go-to for lunch and snacks, especially their Shanghai lumpia, and I hope they can find a new location or host pop-ups soon. The food is consistently fresh and affordable, and I fondly remember visiting frequently during my pregnancies; I look forward to supporting them again in the future.
