So sad they changed prices but not on line . Worst service will never go get food from there again. I love sushi but not from this place.

Poor service and not very clean. Waiter could not keep his hair out of his face so he kept flipping it and playing with it around our food. Rolls fell apart on plate, and had little flavor. Iced green tea was good. None of the employees washed their hand after touching their hair, face, or eating from plates. Sadly I was happier getting my sushi from store.

The food has always been good at Sakura. The waiters are average. They are not the friendliest but every waiter we have had has been quick with our food and refills our drinks. I like to order my food, eat and talk to my friends with me. So that doesn't bother me. They have never been rude, just aloof.

I enjoy the food most of the time but have had horrible service from time to time. Today I tried to order food to go with my order and the waiter actually told me he was to busy to take a take out Order, really!? He never asked me if I needed anything else or how the food was. I had to beg him to give me the check so I could leave... Needless to say his actions reflected on his tip..

Bad hostess, the could use some help in that area. We were sat down at a very large table, there was only 3 of us. A smaller table would have been fine, which they did have. She plopped the menus down and kept going, not a word from her. Immediately following us was a party of 7, they needed our table. They had to pull the piece we had and set up another spot??? Why not KISS method people. We are regulars, but I don't believe I wanna go back. The food came out at different times. I was done before my son received his food. Not worth the service.
