Ordering online for pickup during lunch has always been smooth, with my grilled chicken, salmon, and sides like mashed potatoes, green beans, and mac & cheese prepared just right and ready on time. The ribs with Brussels sprouts and herbal rice were tender and flavorful without being overwhelmed by sauce, and the staff consistently provides attentive service that makes dining enjoyable. Although the online portal limits space for special requests and the restroom disinfectant is quite strong, the overall experience with the food and service keeps me coming back.

Based on my experiences with to-go orders placed through the online portal, I've found this particular Saltgrass location to be consistently reliable in preparing my meals accurately. I enjoy selecting grilled chicken breasts or salmon with sides like mashed potatoes, green beans, and mac & cheese, all of which have been well-received by customers. The food may take a bit longer to come out, but the wait is worthwhile for the delicious dishes and attentive service provided by the staff.

When first opened, it was the place to go. Don't know what happened but the food is substandard and so is the service.
