I recently (7/26/20) ate breakfast at Sammy’s B&L near Tulsa airport..... I will NOT be coming back.

After ordering, the chef (May have been Sammy, don’t know) grabbed the ham in my omelette with his bare hands, threw it on the grill and began to cook it. He then grabbed his pants and counter with same bare hands.
Does anyone seriously believe this is a professional practice?
If Sammy bothers to read this review, PLEASE use disposable plastic gloves in the future....I may be sick.
I asked him to “thoroughly cook the ham before mixing in omelette” (in the hopes the heat would kill germs and that he washed his hands - which he likely did not because he took my order and immediately started cooking my food). I ate the omelette because I figured I’d never get a refund.
I made a second huge mistake by not asking for a refund. Maybe my immune system will become much much stronger should I survive this, or I will get sick.
I am a real customer with no reason to ruin a small time business (in fact I frequent them occasionally because they need the business).
