Mountain Club has combined the fancy shmancy dining vibes of Seasons Restaurants with the cozy aprí¨s-ski feels of Black Diamond, resulting in a menu mashup that's both unexpected and intriguing. The food is straightforward and satisfying - think perfectly cooked salmon with a sweet glaze and a Caesar salad loaded with salty Parm. The dinner service staff is attentive and Jeremie, our server, seemed determined to make our meal magical, especially with those darn turnips. Breakfast is more laid back, with a hearty buffet option or a la carte choices for a lighter start to your day. It's a tad pricier than other breakfast spots, but worth it if you're bunking at the Mountain Club.
