Located in a modest industrial complex, Shearwater Coffee Roasters is where their small batches of beans are expertly roasted. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who were happy to assist despite their focus on wholesale operations. Their dedication to quality was evident as I left with a pound of whole bean coffee, ground coffee, and a refreshing cold brew to enjoy. Shearwater Coffee Roasters offers a unique and enjoyable coffee experience that is sure to impress any coffee enthusiast in the Trumbull area.
