The lodge at Silver Fir (Summit at Snoqualmie) is a top spot for delicious ski fare. I enjoyed the excellent Vietnamese chicken and pork sandwiches served with plenty of chips, and their chili and clam chowder are always satisfying. The lodge offers high-quality food in a relaxed setting, making it a great place to unwind after hitting the slopes.
