Sol's delivers some of the best Korean food around Madison, with generous portions and a menu full of flavorful, home-cooked style dishes like seafood pancake, budae jigae, and bibimbap. The service is always friendly and attentive, the atmosphere bright and welcoming, and it's easy to find parking near the capital square, making it a solid choice for both lunch and dinner.

A friend suggested we check out Sol's for lunch, and I'm glad we did. The seafood pancake and banchan were delicious, and the service was great despite the busy atmosphere. I'm looking forward to returning and trying more dishes from their menu.
