The banh mi sandwiches, especially the pork belly with traditional pork pí¢tí©, offer a satisfying blend of textures and tastes, though a light hand with the aioli is key to preserving balance. Though the atmosphere is minimal and the service reserved, the food's quality and the variety of customizable, allergy-friendly options keep me coming back time and again.
