We have had barbeque all over Texas and west. We ordered the 2 meat plate, brisket and sausage with beans and cheese potatoes.
I can honestly say it was the very worst bbq we have ever had. The brisket was 90% fat and the meat part was burned. The sausage was what you can get at any grocery store, both were cold. The sauce was like soup. We fed our cat most of it because we could not eat it.
If you decide to go there anyway, don't.
