The vegetarian ramen I tried was incredibly flavorful, especially with the added corn that brought a nice sweetness to the dish. The broth, including the seaweed base, was rich and satisfying, and the noodles had a perfect, springy texture. The cozy ambiance and attentive service made the dining experience enjoyable, and I look forward to returning for more.
