We ent Sat Nov 1st for a surprise birthday party for my son's 21st. His girlfriend got him 6 cupcakes from Bliss, my son put the box under his chair, the box was written on and the cupcakes never were taken out. We left them and remember them when we got to the post office 2 blocks away. We went back and my husband came out with two in a strofoam container, he said they couldn't find the others that these were in the corner. I took them back in and ask the manager TJ. He went to the back and said the waitress found these on the table. I ask him for the box and he said someone already took the trash out. I explained we were only gone 5minutes at the most and the cupcakes were never taken out. He then went back to the back and said he talked to the bushop through translater and the box got stepped on and these two surrived. My sons girlfriend took a picture of the cupcakes when she boxed them up and the two left were in oppsite corners. The manager told us three different stories and then said the bushop had a little foot. My husband looked outside in the trash and no trash had been taken out. I told the manager if they wanted cupcakes we would of gave them one. Those cupcakes were expensive and you could tell the whole crew was lying. He gave us a $25 gift card but we will never eat there again. The food was great and I thought the service was until this happened.That is the same as stealing, they didn't even wait 10 minutes. I am very disappointed in the manager for not following up and finding the real truth behind the cupcakes, he told us three different stories.
