After catching a show nearby, I grabbed some takeout around 10pm and was pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was still bustling despite a sparse crowd. The vegan Tom kha was rich and comforting, with perfectly balanced kaffir lime notes, while the fresh salad rolls offered a crisp, vibrant contrast. Though the staff seemed a bit uncertain about their late-night hours, the flavors and generous portions had me eager to return and explore more of their thoughtfully crafted Thai and Lao dishes.
