After trying several Chinese restaurants around Humboldt, I finally found a favorite that consistently delivers delicious and satisfying meals. The food, from crispy sweet and sour chicken to flavorful Mongolian beef, always arrives fresh and well-prepared, and the staff is friendly and attentive to details like utensils and sauces. After trying out several Chinese restaurants in the area, we settled on Humboldt as our favorite spot.
