I discovered a fantastic Mexican meat market known as "Carniceria Guanajuato," which seems to supply many local restaurants with fresh cuts. The tacos they serve, filled with lean meat just butchered the day before, are incredibly flavorful and served piping hot for just a dollar each-truly unforgettable!
