Ordering from this tea shop online was a wonderful experience thanks to their quick and helpful customer service, especially when they promptly replaced a broken ice tea pitcher without any hassle. The variety and quality of their loose leaf teas blew me away, with flavors like Sweet Ginger Green and Strawberry Oolong reminding me of the best teas I've had abroad.
