The food here is consistently flavorful and generously portioned, with standout dishes like pancakes, island French toast, and grit fritters that never disappoint. The service is attentive and friendly, even during busy times, and the casual beach-themed atmosphere adds to the overall enjoyable experience. Although waits can be long on weekends, the reasonable prices and variety of menu options make it worth the time spent.

The food and service at this breakfast spot are fantastic. However, the wait times can be a bit long and more seating options would be helpful. Overall, the delicious food and friendly service make it worth a visit.

absolutely the BEST!!

The new owners are rude to staff and costumers. The food is terrible. None of the seafood is local anymore. The new owner is using the name to keep costumers drawn in, but locals are dropping this place like flies. And they changed the grits!!! Yuck!

Simply the best breakfast in Carteret County!

we went for lunch and apparently it was only 1/2 hour til closing. They acted annoyed... brought our order with no silverware cuz they were busy getting ready to close. Would NEVER bother going back there. Poor excuse for a restaurant and lousy service.

The last time we ate there, the food was outstanding. This time it was ok, but would not reorder the fish tacos. They were bland and not enough fish in them. I definitely will go back to try something else.

Excellent food. I can not wait to go back and take the family. The only thing that bothered me was the prices were not put on the ticket. You take the ticket to the register and she rings up everything. You just have a total with nothing itemized. Our bill was about five dollars more than we thought, but you have no way of checking it. The food was the best in town.
