As a Whovian, I was surprised to discover this cute cafí© after it's been around for ten years, especially since it took me two and a half hours to get there from Chicago. The food was delicious, and I loved the Doctor Who theme, complete with memorabilia and old episodes playing on TV. The atmosphere was great, but I did wish it was a bit warmer and that the staff could focus more on the customers instead of personal conversations.

Amazing people and amazing food! Friendly service and their sandwiches are top-notch delicious.

Please don't have your employees ask customers for tips just for making their food (that's what we pay for the food). Definitely don't ask for tips when you're going openly bad mouth customers for calling and asking for the manager while he's in the hospital, complain about it being busy and having to spend an hour and a half fixing a door, smoke out the restaurant by burning ingredients and not ventilating, and provide slow service and poor food quality. As a fan of Dr. Who, I really wanted to like this place, but I refuse to go any place where the employees incessantly complain and are rude to customers.
