I have been eager to try Organic Gypsy for quite some time, and thanks to the garden greens farm box, we were able to have their delicious curry lentil hand pies delivered right to our doorstep. The hand pies were filled with lentils, carrots, peas, and veggies cooked in curry spice, topped with sea salt flakes, creating a perfect balance of flavors with a soft and moist inside and a crispy outer layer that left me wanting more.
