Delightful local cuisine enhanced by Rosa's exceptional culinary skills and complemented by a fantastic selection of wines, beers, and live music. Adam's warm hospitality and engaging conversation added to the enjoyable dining experience at this unique and organic restaurant located in Skowhegan, Maine. Although slightly hidden, the effort to find this gem behind the new courthouse is well worth it for the delicious food, cozy atmosphere, and friendly service.
