Everything tasted great and fresh at the pretzel shop. While they were making more in the back, I found the guy up front to be brisk and not very friendly, rushing me even though there were only a couple of people in line. Despite this, the pretzel was perfect, especially with the slightly spicy nacho cheese and delicious lemonade. Every visit to The Shops at Wiregrass always includes a stop for pretzel twists - they're hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked, far better than Auntie Ann's. The staff are always friendly and helpful, making it a pleasant experience each time. I appreciate the loyalty program and periodic specials they offer, making it a place I'll definitely be returning to often.
