The Rim in Kierland at the Westin offers generous drinks, good food, attentive service, and a bustling atmosphere; their updated food menu provides better options, and the strong holiday drink Pear Pressure with Don Julio Reposado, St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur, Bittermen's Spiced Cranberry Bitters, Lime Juice, and Cranberry Juice was a standout choice, making it a place I would gladly return to for a fancy cocktail and snack, especially appreciating the table service and large bar area.
