We had an amazing dinner at The Roost during a bachelorette celebration with a group of 12, enjoying everything from burgers to fig and arugula salad with salmon, and the service was attentive and friendly throughout the night. Although some dishes were a bit pricey and portions on the smaller side, the food was fresh and flavorful-especially the ahi tuna nachos and Korean wings-and the atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating, mountain views, and a spacious lawn made for a memorable evening. The staff went above and beyond, even offering a free round of Prosecco when a few meals arrived late, and with cocktails crafted by a skilled mixologist, it's definitely worth returning for another visit.
