I had a fantastic dining experience at an upscale diner in a charming upstate village. Despite being busy, the service was prompt, and we even had a chance to meet the chef. While the prices were on the higher side, the quality of the food definitely justified the cost, and we're already planning to return on our next trip to Eastern NY.
