We had gone to Tim's before and were satisfied, but we went to Wells ago and had to wait for an hour and a half for our family food not the fault of the waitress, we spoke to the manager she went to the owner and they made the waitress come back and tell us the would do nothing about this not even an apology. I feel this is not good so we will not be going back to Tim's.
