I had a meeting with my mentor at Trufa and chose the blackened salmon with spaghetti and marinara sauce since the crab cake wasn't available; the dish was hot, hearty, and delicious with a generous portion size. The avocado salad appetizer was fresh and flavorful, and the tiramisu dessert blew me away with its light, creamy texture and subtle cacao and coffee notes. The outdoor seating was comfortable, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the overall experience left me eager to return with friends or family.
