The Old Fashioned at Uisce is a must-try in Bellingham, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that keeps you coming back for more. The friendly owner, Molly, adds a personal touch to your experience, making you feel right at home. While they don't serve food, ordering from the neighboring restaurant and having it brought to your table is a convenient and unique feature that enhances your visit.
