I visit Uncle Maddie's in Uptown Charlotte regularly, either for myself or with a colleague. The staff is generally friendly and the food offerings are quite enjoyable. Unfortunately, there have been instances where the cashier's attitude has been less than pleasant, which dampens the overall experience. However, the manager, Angel, and the team have always gone above and beyond to ensure our needs are met, from accommodating large orders to providing fresh and tasty pizzas.
