OUT OF BUSINESS, I do believe.

I have eaten there for years, liked it VERY much; food was excellent! I would, however, NEVER eat there again after hearing about the precious German Shepherds, having been so neglected and abused.

I will say that the food was good, the waiters/waitresses were always pleasant and accommodating. The Hostess was always pleasant. Very often, members of the congregation of Saint Peter's Protestant Episcopal Church, and I, would enjoy lunch following the Wednesday Service for Healing and the Celebration of Holy Communion. At times I would go there to enjoy quiet time and a good meal. I will not post a negative about the "STAFF"... However, I am horrified and appalled after hearing about the absolute heinous crime of the owner and his abuse of dogs. My Church and Rectory are directly behind the BLUE COMET. I have three "big dogs" ...A rescued German Shepherd, a rescued Yellow Lab, and a Golden Retriever that I received as an eight week old puppy. In the past, I have had three other rescue dogs. All I can say is that I ask for prayers that Pete Zervas, the owner of the Blue Comet will repent of his sin. How can a man who owns a restaurant, where undoubtedly, huge quantities of food go into a dumpster, would allow ten of HIS GERMAN SHEPHERDS go without food or water for a month... Innocent creatures of God suffered, three died, due to this man's cruelty. Pray for this man...pray for his family...pray that all who are abusive to humans and animals may repent. Pray that Human beings may seek to live by the commandments of God. Dear Lord help us, and may all seek to do your will!

Faithfully in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ,

The Reverend Jeffrey L. Funk, Rector

Would give a negative star if possible. The owner of this place is an animal abuser arrested on February 13, 2011. DO NOT support this POS!!! Please spread the word and read about him in the Pocono Record http://www.poconorecord.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=%2F20110215%2FNEWS%2F102150304

I read that this owner left his dogs to starve to death...what kind of a total MONSTER would do that to innocent animals....ESPECIALLY when he has leftover restaurant food to feed them...NEVER EVER patronize a place like this!!!!!!!!

The Food is not good, and the service is terrible, you talk to any of the waitresses and they walk away while you giving them the order. They don't bring the the food right, they forget half of the food and you wait and you wait and they bring it when you are ready to go. The Coffee is like mud and they never come to refill endless you tell them. I don't like it at all, I will not go their again because I been there about 20 times and its like they become worst and worst. DON'T EAT THERE!
