During our visit to the ER at Dignity Yavapai East, the staff impressed me with their professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness, especially as they carefully guided our 7-year-old through every step of his care. From the compassionate nurses to the thoughtful physician assistant and doctors, everyone worked together seamlessly, making a stressful situation much more manageable and even comforting for our son's "adventure."

Our visit to the ER Dept. at Dignity Yavapai East was a unique experience for my family (Husband, child, and I) as we sought care for our 7-year-old's abdominal pain on 12/30/2023. From the initial assessment to the consultation with the attending physician, the staff displayed kindness and professionalism throughout. Despite the typical wait times, the team at Dignity Yavapai East ensured our son's well-being was a top priority, making the entire process smooth and reassuring. We are grateful for their compassion and expertise during a challenging time.
