The service was good but the food was bad bad bad,they need to put some black folks backstage so that seafood food can taste like it supposed too instead of salt water????? Sad

Kelsey was our waitress. I can't express how grateful my wife and I were to have such a cheerful and attentive person as our waitress. Food was phenomenal. We moved away 4 years ago and each time we pass through, we always stop in to dine. Kudos kudos kudos. Thank you Kelcey and Zachary's.

The one star should not had been deserved......

Deeply saddened by the waiter, the service, the food. Waiter told us immediately there were no baked potato , they ran out. I opted for the house veggie mix for my side. Long blonde hair was in the side. I asked for grilled butter garlic shrimp, I received a dish of boiled shrimp with garlic powder on it. NOT GRILLED. He said that is how they do grilled garlic butter shrimp , I have had it before he was way off. The waiter did not come to refresh our drinks. We notice coming from the kitchen every orders w baked potato on the plates,when ask the waiter about the baked potato on the plates he said they just baked them as he was bringing our meal to us. SMH
He took my shri.p dinner off the ticket, as it was not what I ordered.

We loved going to Zachary's for years but after this last visit not sure there will be a next time.
