Worst experience ever. Completely underprepared, horribly unorganized management. We ordered our food an hour ahead and still waited TWO HOURS just to be told that our order wasn't even in their queue. Guess why it wasn't? They marked the online order completed before ever even preparing the food! Then they told us we'd have to wait another 40 minutes or jump through hoops to *maybe* receive a refund days later. Their management and customer service was extremely rude and out of line, as well.
Here's the kicker: We ended up never getting our food because the WING RESTAURANT somehow RAN OUT OF WINGS. How does this happen? Extremely upset and disappointed with this company / branch & will never be eating here again. I will be telling all of my friends and family to steer clear and go elsewhere, literally anywhere else! Even eating from the dumpster behind Duffy's would've been a better experience. At least we would've gotten our food!
