After several chances, we will no longer go to the BWW in Martinsburg. Simply put, the seating area is dirty, the bathrooms are gross, and the staff is always changing! We have given this location many chances and it seemingly keeps getting worse! Our last experience was on 01/13/2020 and were seated at a terribly dirty table, my son got sauce all over him, and after two different workers asked us if anyone has taken our drink order, we walked out after 20 minutes of not having our table cleaned or giving our drink order! Again, this is after several awful experiences at this location!
