The 4201 Kilgore Ave., Hampton, VA is literally the worse. Not only do they get my order wrong everytime but when I call the staff questions me about my issue only to pass the phone phone off to the manager and say my order wasnt right. Why did I have to talk to you for 5 minutes just for you to tell them the samething I told you within the first minute of my call? I been calling for 2 hours now and still no answer. I guess they have the same person answering the phone that isnt checking the delivery bags before sending them out. (Not only did I not get the sauces that came with my meal but I didnt get the ones I paid for either)
