If I could give it a 0 I would. They got 3 out of 4 of my meals wrong. I live 30 mins away and when I called them to explain the order was wrong they wanted me to drive 30 mins back with my food and they would replace only what was wrong. So my sides would have been an hour old by the time I would get there for them to replace my chicken. When I said I would not drive 30 mins back for chicken strips they said I would have to keep the meal and bring back days , weeks, or months later and they would replace my chicken strips then. "It's our policy". I was speaking to the owner and she was so rude and wanted to tell me I was just too upset. I have also heard the owners speak so rude to the employees and people they are interviewing. If I had even tried to eat my fries when I was on the phone with her about my chicken I could have also told her my fries were still frozen!!!!! Will never go back!!!!!
