Most ghetto ihop I've ever been to since being in the military!

I pulled up to the curbside parking spot just in time to find a couple sitting very close to the spot I had to park in and they were eating breakfast in a parking spot with a table from inside the restaurant.
They were seated so close to the parking line that I was uneasy parking because I did not want to nudge the man sitting close to the line.
When I finally parked I called the ihop number provided in the email I received for my curbside order and the phone was taken off the line so they didn't answer any of the 15+ calls that I made.
I had my puppy in my car because I was under the impression that I wouldn't need to go inside since it was a curbside order.

However, I had to drive home to drop off my puppy and drive back to ihop since my car won't lock with the car being on and the smart key being far.

I drove back and tried calling again but nothing so I went inside and waited.
A women came out and asked if I needed anything else and I asked if the phone is not working because I called 15+ times and she said she's not sure and someone probably took the phone off the hook.
She then asked if I needed anything else as I was staring at my cold food and I walked out.

I Will not be returning here.
