called the store immediately and Penny answered. She explained to us that what printed on their receipt was different than what we ordered. There was no arguing and there was no attitude from her. Instead, she offered an apology and offered to (re)make the sandwich for us. When I went in to pick it up she acknowledged me immediately and as a bonus, offered a BOGO coupon for our "trouble". In a world of pretty much nonexistent customer service, Penny really stood out. Jersey Mikes is lucky to have her!
