We did the call ahead explained we had a party
spoke with manager was told we were next party no one was ahead of is waitied almost 2 hours never got seated was lied to over and over finally walked across parking lot git great food and excellent service in and out withiin the hour including singing happy birthday and cake i am sure the meal we ate also requied fresh prep and more time to cook salads are usually preplated pototes baked and streaks are easier to cook and fast
makes nonsense
if you have horrible staff that dont show up het rid of them and get some that do want to work the gentleman we had all our correspodance with never came and said what i told you cant happen when i asked what happened to 25 minutes after and hour
he said they were setting our table he just kept lying

nononr every smiled so what ever uninstill into your staff as managers will make an environment where people will show uo and work and make good we tipped

regroup and get it together and communicate with your guest and staff

worst experience we have ever had at any steak house if u like being lied to and have 5 hours to get in a steak house this may be your place
