10/24/2018 - Unhappy Customer
I have been a loyal customer for awhile now. I work near panda express, so I go there multiple times a week. I'll come around 12:00 and 1:00. Recently about two weeks ago the chow mein has been very under cooked, soggy, and more cabbage than noodles. Each time I pray that this time the chow mein would be better when I nervously pull up. It's been around 4 times, and it has not!! The Customer service has been awful as well. Not friendly and forgetful when putting orders together. I had to go back in the drive through behind a long line just to correct my order. I've noticed that new people have been hired, but they need to be watched over and trained again.
