I went through the drive thru a bit ago and was looking at the menu. Started to ask the woman at the speaker a question and she stated "let me know when you are completely ready to order," and audibly switched off her mic. I am not a youngster and have had innumerable fast food drive thru experiences and this was the rudest service I ever encountered. Needless to say I left. Saddest part was there were only a few cars in the lot and I was the only person in line. My order would have at least paid her salary for a few hours. Unbelievable. Not the first poor experience here but definitely the worst and last.
