Good used to be good, but over the last few months has gotten worse and worse. Undercooked, hard, dry fried rice. Overcooked, soggy vegetables. Overcooked, dried out meat. The wontons were burnt and so overcooked that the cream cheese had curdled and turned gritty. Small portions and missing items have been consistent with the last 5 or so orders (all drive through because of the pandemic) I've gotten here. When you call to tell them they forgot something, the staff is rude and tells you you're out of luck unless you drive back across town to pick up what they forgot. Unwilling to offer refunds. I will never eat here again.

We go here quite often to eat because my husband likes it. Today was the WORST food we have ever had. The orange chicken was so dried out and hard we couldn't eat it. The Chow mein was 90%onions and hardly any noodles. The teriyaki sauce was thick and chunky, and the Shrimp, which we pay extra for was cold and no flavor. We ordered a 3rd entree of fire chicken but we got 3/4 veggies and hardly any chicken. Not sure if we will ever go back.
