Last three times we have been in and ordered to go drive up we get home missing items or soup was cold . I just don't get it ,not busy, no line staff standing around talking from drive thru window. Excuse when I called in was he drove off to fast to get sandwich to him. Should of been in bag to start with. Check double check. Lucky us he gets two cookies for inconvenience
