Wow! the person that gave it a one star review, I so sorry you had a bogus experience. We eat there at least once or twice a month and get great service and the food is usually hot and fresh, every once in a while they make a boo-boo on the meat but are quick to remedy any shortcomings. For a production kitchen/restaurant they do a good job and know what "Hospitality" means.

We were at the restaurant on June 14th at 5 o clock. There were 3 of us my partner and my sister in law, the food was horrible and we will never go back there again. the last time before that I wrote the restaurant and they sent us a dinner for two coupon so we tried it again and it was just as bad as the last time. plus we found out 3 days later when my sister in law's sister was paying her bills for her, I was charged 9.96 and my sister in law was charges 9.96, I made the waitress explain and she said 13.98 my sister in law paid for her wine and the 9.96 I paid, which was totally wrong both of us paid the 9.96. They also need to better train their waitresses and waiters. when I turned in the coupon the 9.96 was left for me to pay after the coupon. This place is terrible. As far as we are concerned this place can go out of business, they would be doing Eugene a favor.
