During a brief stop in Sand Springs, I discovered Harper's Hut, which lived up to the enthusiastic praise of my co-worker. Their service at our Fourth of July gathering was impeccable, bringing along everything from syrups to a shaved ice machine, and the Volcano flavor was an absolute standout that left my guests raving!
